The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $500.
How to Enter
- Follow one of the 14 R/C Theatres locations (not including the corporate page) on Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram links can be found on the website at www.rctheatres.com on the details page for each location.
- Find the post on Facebook or Instagram with the prize pack image. Tag 2 friends in the Sweepstakes post comments for one entry.
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate in, or win, the Sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not improve the chances of winning. Participants may not create multiple social media accounts to enter the contest more than once, and Sponsor will consider any entries submitted by the same individual from multiple accounts to be ineligible. Sponsor will only consider one entry per individual. Please do not post duplicate or near duplicate entries.
Entry Period
The Sweepstakes “Entry Period” begins on February 23, 2026, and ends on March 23, 2026. Entries received before or after the Entry Period are not eligible.
Eligibility and Selection of Winner
- You must be 18 years of age (government issued ID required)
- You must live within a 50-mile radius of one of the 14 R/C Theatres locations to win prizeA winner will be randomly selected on or about March 24, 2026 from all eligible entries
- Sponsor will notify the potential winner via Facebook Messenger or Director Message on Instagram on or about March 25, 2026
- If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries

All participants in the Sweepstakes (“Entrants”) by their participation acknowledge, accept, and agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (which can be found below) and consent to be contacted by email and telephone.
OFFICAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE ODDS OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: The R/C Theatres Project Hail Mary Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is governed by these official rules (the “Official Rules”) and is open and offered only to legal residents of Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina (living within a 50 mile radius of the 14 locations owned by R/C theatres (PA: Wilkes Barre Movies 14, Reading Movies 11 & IMAX, Richland Crossings 12, Carlisle Commons 8, Hanover Movies 16, Gateway Theatre 8, Queensgate Movies 13 & IMAX; MD: Lexington Exchange Movies 12, Westminster Movies 9, Hollywood Cinemas 4;VA: State Cinemas 3, Covington Movies 3; NC: Kill Devil Hills Movies 10, Albemarle Movies 8), with a valid government-issued photo ID reflecting (i) an address in the eligible location in one of those states; and (ii) that the resident is 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of RC Theatres (“Sponsor”) and Amazon Content Services LLC (“Studio”), their immediate family members (including spouses, parents, siblings, children, step-parents, step-siblings, and step-children, regardless of where they live), and their same household members are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period (defined below), individuals may participate in the Sweepstakes to enter to win a Project Hail Mary Prize Pack by following one of the RC Theatres locations on Facebook or Instagram and by tagging 2 friends in the Sweepstakes post comments. A purchase or payment will not improve the chances of winning. Participants may not create multiple social media accounts in order to enter the contest more than once, and Sponsor will consider any entries submitted by the same individual from multiple accounts to be ineligible. Sponsor will only consider 1 entry per person. Participants can enter without participating through social media by sending a postcard to: R/C Theatres, 231 W. Cherry Hill Ct., PO Box 1056, Reisterstown, MD 21136, Attn: R/C Theatres Project Hail Mary Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes “Entry Period” begins on February 24, 2026 and ends on March 23, 2026.
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: All participants in the Sweepstakes (“Entrants”) by their participation acknowledge, accept, and agree to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (which can be found at www.rctheatres.com/ProjectHailMary and consent to be contacted by email and telephone.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Prize (defined below) depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by Sponsor during the Entry Period.
SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: A representative from Sponsor’s marketing department will randomly select the potential winner on or about March 25, 2026, from mong all eligible entries received. Winning a prize is contingent upon the potential winner’s full compliance with these Official Rules, and Sponsor’s decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of the potential winner are final. Sponsor will notify the potential winner via Facebook Messenger or Direct Message on Instagram or about March 26, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from all eligible entries received.
PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Winner”) will win a Project Hail Mary Tech Bundle Prize Pack, which includes:

· Full Winner Management from Element London Limited
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $500. The ARV of the Prize is subject to price fluctuations based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed.
All details with respect to the Prize will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sweepstakes Winner must be 18 years of age or older. No transfer of the Prize is permitted. The Sweepstakes Winner is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the Prize or this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise in these Official Rules.
NO CASH OR OTHER SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, WHICH RESERVES THE RIGHT IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION TO SUBSTITUTE ANY PRIZE FOR A PRIZE OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Maryland and the laws of the United States, without giving effect to conflict of laws provisions. Entrants by their participation consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Maryland courts (state and federal) for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes. EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION. Each Entrant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue in these courts. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Persons may only enter the Sweepstakes in or from the United States. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible.
We may collect information about you so that we can enter you into, and communicate with you about, the sweepstakes, including contact information (such as your name, address and email), sensitive personal identifiers (such as your social security number, taxpayer identification number, and driver’s license for verifying winners and complying with tax law), and any other personal information you choose to provide. We also may use this information for other business purposes, such as legal compliance, internal auditing, and detecting security incidents. All personal information collected from Entrants may be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, which is accessible to people with disabilities.
Except where prohibited by law, the Sweepstakes Winner grants to Sponsor and to Studio and their respective advertising agencies and affiliates, without additional compensation, the right to use and publish the Sweepstakes Winner’s photos, proper name, likeness, voice, opinions, and biographical information in any media to promote Sponsor and the Sweepstakes.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants release, hold harmless, and waive any claims agaist Sponsor, Studio, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any Prize.
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by R/C Theatres, 231 W. Cherry Hill Ct., PO Box 1056, Reisterstown, MD 21136. Sponsor will provide a list of Sweepstakes Winner(s) upon request. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If, in Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any Entrant who tampers with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Under such circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on or at any website, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By participating, each Entrant agrees to completely release Facebook from any and all claims, known or unknown, that the Entrant has or may have against Facebook in connection with the Sweepstakes.

By participating, each Entrant agrees to completely release Instagram from any and all claims, known or unknown, that the Entrant has or may have against Instagram in connection with the Sweepstakes.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
