R/C Theatres Policies
Refund Policy:
Refunds can be processed online up to an hour before the showtime or in-person at the theatre. Services charges are not refundable. To begin a refund process, please follow the instructions on our Manage Tickets page.
Pass Policy:
Passes are not accepted for any movie during the first week. There are additional restrictions on some movies which prohibit passes from being accepted for longer than a week.
Caregiver Passes:
A complimentary pass may be provided to caregivers accompanying individuals who require assistance due to disabilities or special needs. Caregivers must present valid documentation or identification to qualify. Caregiver passes may only be issued in person on the day of the showtime and are not valid during the first week of any engagement.
R-Rated Policy:
For R-rated movies, guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older with a valid ID for the entire show. Guests 17 and older must present an ID. R/C Theatres reserves the right to remove unaccompanied minors from the theatre without a refund.
Bag Policy:
All backpacks, packages, and large bags are subject to inspection. Packages are not permitted at any time; theatre staff will not hold or store any personal belongings.
Ticket Pricing:
Where applicable, Child tickets are for guests 11 years old & under and Senior tickets are for guests 60 years of age & older.
Credit Card Fee:
A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card transactions made in the theatre.
Costume Policy:
Guests wearing face-obscuring masks, hoods, face paint, hats, props, or costumes with simulated weapons will not be admitted.
Does not include masks that are recommended by the CDC.
Hours of Operation:
Our doors open at least 15 minutes before the first showtime of the day and close 15 minutes after the last showtime of the day. The concession stand closes between 15 and 30 minutes after the last showtime.
